Refund policy
We offer refunds for non-perishable items returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. If you return an item to us after this date unfortunately it cannot be refunded. If you have received a broken or incorrect item please notify us within 7 days by emailing us at hello@petgifting.co

To return an item, please notify us by emailing us at hello@petgifting.co and we can arrange the return with you.
Please note, we cannot be responsible for covering shipping costs for returned items, these must be paid by the buyer.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
